Emails are a great way to stay up to date with the Indiegogo community. If you opted in to receive campaign updates or the Indiegogo newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time from your Indiegogo account:

How to Unsubscribe from Campaign Email Updates

If you're receiving campaign updates via email from a campaign you decided to follow, contribute to, or comment on, you can unsubscribe from the campaign's email updates by removing them from your list of "Campaigns I'm Following" on your individual profile.

• Log in to your Indiegogo account. If you don't know your password, or can't remember setting up an account, click here to have a new password sent to you.
• Once logged in, click on "Hi [your name]" next to the search bar
• Click on "My Campaigns"
• Scroll down to the "Campaigns I’m Following" or "Campaigns I've Funded" sections to find the campaign you want to unsubscribe from.
• Click on the "Actions" button to the right of the campaign, and then select "Unfollow"
• Repeat the previous step for all campaigns that you wish to stop receiving updates from.

How to Unsubscribe from Indiegogo Newsletters

To unsubscribe from Indiegogo newsletters, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter, or follow the instructions below to unsubscribe from your Indiegogo account settings:

• Log in to your Indiegogo account. If you don't know your password, or can't remember setting up an account, click here to have a new password sent to you.
• Once logged in, click on "Hi [your name]" next to the search bar
• Click on "My Settings"
• Scroll down to the "Your Email from Indiegogo" section
• Click the "Unsubscribe" button under "Indiegogo News"

How to Unsubscribe from All Recurring Emails from Indiegogo

• Log in to your Indiegogo account. If you don't know your password, or can't remember setting up an account, click here to have a new password sent to you.
• Once logged in, click on "Hi [your name]" next to the search bar
• Click on "My Settings"
• Scroll down to the "Your Email from Indiegogo" section
• Click the "Unsubscribe from all recurring emails" button under "All Recurring Emails from Indiegogo"

You may still receive one-time emails based on your use of the site, such as confirmations for your contributions.

How to Delete your Account

If you'd prefer not to have an account on Indiegogo, you can permanently delete your account as long as you're not a campaign owner of a campaign that has raised funds. See Cancel Account Registration.
