Add Images & Video

There are two required images and/or video that must be added to your campaign:

  1. Summary image (the image displayed with your campaign title in our Browse pages)
  2. Primary pitch media (the big image or video that appears on your Campaign Home page)

Summary Image

To update your summary image:

  • Go to your Campaign Home page and click Manage Campaign > Edit
  • Click on the Set Up Your Campaign section
  • Under the Campaign Basics field, click the Upload a Photo button next to "Small Image"
  • Click the "SAVE" button

We recommend using an image sized to 220x194 pixels. You can re-size your image using any basic graphics editor, such as Microsoft Paint.

Primary Pitch Media

To add either a video or image as your Primary Pitch Media (the large image or video above your pitch text): 

  • Go to your Campaign Home page and click Manage Campaign > Edit
  • Click on the Set Up Your Campaign section
  • Under the Your Story field, select "Video (recommended)" or "Image" next to "Pitch Media"
  • If posting a video, copy and paste the URL in the field below. The video must be hosted on either Vimeo, Youtube or Myspace. If posting an image, upload the file from your computer.
  • Click the "SAVE" button

You need to have both a summary image and pitch media image, or video in order to Go Live!
