Questions about Perks should be directed to the Campaign Owner

A contribution is a transaction that takes place solely between the campaign owner and the contributor. Contributors must contact campaign owners with any questions about Perk fulfillment.

If you have made multiple attempts to contact a campaign owner and they have not fulfilled their Perks, notify support@indiegogo.com. We will attempt to contact the campaign owner on your behalf and can suspend their account, if necessary.

Contributions are nonrefundable

All contributions are final. You may request a refund from the campaign owner, who may honor it at their discretion. You may also receive a refund for your contribution if the campaign does not raise enough to cover minimum costs, or if the campaign is set up as Fixed Funding and does not meet its goal.

We can use your campaign in our marketing & press outreach

"By posting any Member Content on the Service, you expressly grant, and you represent and warrant that you have a right to grant, to Indiegogo a royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of all such Member Content including, without limitation, your name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in your Member Content, in whole or in part, and in any form, media or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed for use in connection with the Service."
