Once you launch your campaign, you’ll have access to the Secure Bank Form located on the "Funding" tab of your Campaign Editor. To view a list of the information you’ll need for the bank form visit this article.
If you have a US bank account:
Please make sure that you’ve entered all the required fields on the bank form, including identity information for the beneficiary or funds representative. Our payment processor, Stripe, requires this information before we are able to disburse your funds. For more information about verification, visit this page.
When completing the State field, please select the full state name from the type ahead field’s available choices rather than entering an abbreviation. For example, select “California” from the type ahead options rather than entering “CA” in the State field.
After filling in all fields on the bank form and selecting your state, the “Save Bank Form” button should be active.
