What does the Guaranteed Shipping policy mean for me?
The Guaranteed Shipping policy is meant to put your mind at ease—if you order from a Seller in our Product Marketplace, it is guaranteed to ship within the promised timeframe, or you’ll get your money back! We’ve also built in additional protection for any orders placed with Sellers in our Pre-Order category. Pre-Order Sellers undergo an assessment for a period of up to 90 days to determine whether they will be able to ship on time. If Indiegogo isn’t satisfied with the results of that assessment, we’ll refund your order!
What’s covered under the Guaranteed Shipping policy?
If the product you order doesn’t ship within the expected ship date, you’re entitled to a full refund. In addition, each Seller also is responsible for providing additional information about how they handle returns, exchanges, etc. We recommend being familiar with each Seller’s policies before placing an order: feel free to reach out to a Seller directly if you have a specific question.
What happens if I need to submit a claim?
We’ll try our best to ensure each Seller ships their product on time. If that doesn’t happen, simply take the following steps:
- Email the Seller to get shipping information about your product.
- If you haven’t heard back from the Seller in 2 days, you can contact Indiegogo at email@example.com to submit a claim, including a screenshot of your email to the Seller.
- Once we've received information from you, we’ll issue you a refund - easy as that. Keep in mind it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
