We'll try our best to ensure each seller ships their product on time. If you don't receive a shipping notice by the seller's specified time frame, you can contact them from your Order Details page. You can click to view your order details from your confirmation email or do the following:
- Log in to your Indiegogo account
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select 'My Contributions'
- Find your order and click 'View Order Details'
- Click the Contact button below the seller's name on the right hand side of the page
- Email the seller to get shipping information about your product
- Take a screenshot of your message before you click Send
If you don't hear back from the seller in 2 days, you can contact Indiegogo at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a claim, including a screenshot of your email to the Seller.
Once we've received information from you, we'll issue you a refund - easy as that. Keep in mind it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
