Is my purchase guaranteed?
Can you guarantee my purchase will arrive by a specific date?
All products in the Marketplace are guaranteed to ship within the timeframe listed on the page (located near the top of the page, below the "Buy Now" button). Indiegogo can't guarantee your order will arrive by a specific date.
How do I contact the seller?
You can contact the seller directly using the Contact button on the Order Confirmation email you received at the time of your order. You can also contact the seller from the Order Details page on your Indiegogo account by doing the following:
- Log in to your Indiegogo account
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select 'My Contributions'
- Find your order and click 'View Order Details'
- Click the Contact button below the seller's name on the right hand side of the page
- Type your message and send
Please note that if you're contacting the seller about a late shipment, be sure to take a screenshot or save the text of your message on a separate document in case you need to file a claim for a refund.
How do I track my order?
Once the seller adds a tracking number to your order, you'll receive an email with your shipping and tracking information. You can also see your tracking information on your Order Details page on your Indiegogo account. For more information and instructions, please see our article here.
What if I don't receive a shipping notification?
If you don't receive a shipping notification within the timeframe the seller has set on their page, first check your Order Details page to make sure you didn't miss the email. If there's no tracking information on your order, contact the seller from your Order Details page. If the seller doesn't respond to you within two days, you can file a claim to receive a refund.
