Indiegogo allows backers to change their shipping addresses within the same country they entered at the time of their transaction. You can update your shipping address for a contribution by following just a few simple steps:
Please ensure you are on www.indiegogo.com (our website), and not support.indiegogo.com (our Help Center). Once you're on Indiegogo.com, login to your Indiegogo account and click on your name at the top right of the page. In the menu that drops down, choose My Contributions.
This will take you to a list of all of the contributions to campaigns that you have made. Once you've located the contribution you need to change your address for, click on View Details.
You'll now see all of the details of this contribution, including the current shipping address and phone number. By clicking on the Edit button, you'll be able to change your address details. Be sure to hit the Save button once you're done updating!
If you don't see the Edit Shipping Address button, this means that this perk doesn't require shipping, the campaign owner did not require shipping in the perk settings, or that the campaign owner has marked this contribution as "Locked" or "Fulfilled." If either of those appear as the status on the contribution details page, we recommend you contact the campaign owner if you need to make any changes to your shipping details.
Shipping to a Different Country than the one you entered on your Transaction?
If you need to change the shipping address to a different country than the one you entered during your contribution, you will not be able to change it as described above. As such, you'll need to work with the individual campaign owners to alert them of your new shipping address, as well as work out any changes to the cost of shipping.
You can contact the owner of the campaign(s) you contributed to and let them know of the change via Indiegogo.
