I bought a product on Marketplace and now the page is closed. What happened?
In order to streamline the experience on our site, we are no longer listing ready-to-ship products separately via our Marketplace. All Marketplace pages were closed and removed from Indiegogo Search & Explore on April 3, 2019. You can still reach the closed page from your Order Details.
Can I still get my order?
Yes. Sellers are still required to fill any orders made before their pages closed on April 3.
How do I contact the seller?
You can contact the seller directly using the Contact button on the Order Confirmation email you received at the time of your order. You can also contact the seller from the Order Details page on your Indiegogo account by doing the following:
- Log in to your Indiegogo account
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select 'My Contributions'
- Find your order and click 'View Order Details'
- Click the Contact button below the seller's name on the right hand side of the page
- Type your message and send
Please note that if you're contacting the seller about a late shipment, be sure to take a screenshot or save the text of your message on a separate document in case you need to file a claim for a refund.
What if I don't get a shipping notification about order?
If you don't receive a shipping notification within the timeframe the seller has set on their page, first check your Order Details page to make sure you didn't miss the email. If there's no tracking information on your order, contact the seller from your Order Details page. If the seller doesn't respond to you within two days, you can file a claim to receive a refund.
