What is Google Pay?
Backing a campaign has never been easier, safer, or more private. Your backers can use Indiegogo on Chrome via Android, iPhone, iPad, or Mac to back a campaign with Google Pay checkout.
How do I receive funds raised through Google Pay?
All contributions you receive via credit card - as it is the case when you receive contributions through Google Pay - will be sent to your bank account after your campaign deadline. You can expect your funds to arrive in your bank account within 15 business days after your campaign ends.
For more information about how disbursements work, please take a look at this Help Center article.
To see the status of your funds, go to your campaign's Dashboard and click on the Finances tab. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your credit card funds have been disbursed.
Do I have to pay an extra fee if I use Google Pay?
No. Neither Google nor Indiegogo charge the backer or the campaigner an additional fee for using Google Pay. The regular payment processor and platform fees apply.
For more information about our fees, please see this article.
Can my campaign receive funds through Google Pay?
Google Pay is available to any campaign raising funds. Please note that if your backer is in a country not supported by Google Pay, they may not be able to use Google Pay to back your campaign.
